Pack the tri bag – check
Set the alarms – check

Lay out the tri kit – check

Visualize the course as I fall asleep

Rest up because tomorrow, we rise and grind!

Bike 56 milesRun 13.1 miles

Rain or shine, Quassy is happening!  Nick Logan has put me through a solid training plan and laid-out a strong race plan.  Rev3 has the event all set.

To continue on the road to Cedar Point, we must first defeat the Beast of the Northeast.  See you in transition at 5:00am!
